South Africa Ranked Highest Porn Online Watchers In Africa

The country was ranked the twentieth largest consumer of Pornhub, after Russia, Argentina and Sweden.

“Black South African” remained the top search term used by South Africans on Pornhub in 2018 – but “Afrikaans” moved up 65 places to be the eight most-searched term in the country.
The search term “Afrikaans” grew by a total of 1,391% since 2017 to reach that position.

Pornhub’s “2018 year in review ”, released on Thursday, also showed that South Africans are 112% more likely to view the “ebony” category – the second most searched term on Pornhub in South Africa – compared to the rest of the world. “Black” was the third most searched term in the country, “cheerleader” fourth, and “South African” fifth.

Pornhub recorded a whopping 33.5 billion visits in 2018, an increase of 5 billion visits compared to 2017. Daily visits now exceed 100 million, the platform said.

Over a million hours of new content was also added to the platform over the course of the year – enough to watch non-stop for well over a hundred years.

“The Bill will actually generate and safeguard more revenue to the states. It will also combat the corruption in the so called tax waivers granted to business cabals. There is nowhere in the document where any region will be shortchanged or taxes will be increased or jobs will be lost.

BREAKING: Appeal Court acquits former CJN Onnoghen

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has discharged and acquitted a former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Walter Onnoghen, of the charge that led to his removal from office in 2019.

Former President Muhammadu Buhari had on January 25, 2019, about 29 days before the presidential elections, suspended Onnoghen from office as the CJN and swore in the next most senior jurist of the Supreme Court, Justice Tanko Muhammad as his replacement.

However, President Bola Tinubu, through the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, persuaded the appellate court to halt further hearing of three separate appeals the former CJN filed to challenge his removal, conviction, and seizure of his assets.

In line with the terms of the settlement dated October 24, the appellate court ordered FG to, forthwith, unfreeze Onnoghen’s account with Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited.

Police Confirm Soldier Death In Clash With Officer In Agyaragu Market

The Nasarawa State Police Command has confirmed the death of a military personnel in a fight with a special constabulary at Agyaragu market in Lafia Local Government Area of the State on Sunday.

DSP Ramhan Nansel, the state’s Police Public Relations Officer who confirmed the death of the military personnel serving in Borno said the deceased had stabbed a police officer with a knife following a misunderstanding.

“Today an information was received that a soldier serving in Borno State but came home on pass and a special constabulary had a fight at Agyaragu Market where the soldier stabbed the police special constabulary with a knife and a special constable collected the knife and stabbed the soldier.

They were both rushed to the hospital where the soldier died while receiving treatment,” Nansel, narrated.

Following the incident, Nansel stated that some relatives of the deceased soldier mobilized themselves to the police station for attack.

“They were repealed by policemen on duty. As it is, two people have been confirmed death while two others are currently receiving treatment in the hospital,” he added.

Nansel however noted that normalcy has been restored to the community following the visit of the state’s Commissioner of Police, CP Shehu Umar Nadada, to the scene of the incident.

The Police spokesman further confirmed that manhunt has been launched for the yet-to-be identified persons who attacked the community’s police stations.
