Tax Evasion:Messi Bags 21 months Jail Term
Barcelona and Argentina megastar Lionel Messi and his father who is also his manager were found guilty of tax evasion and have been sentenced to 21 months in jail.
A Spanish court has said the sentences for the 29-year-old can be appealed through the country’s
Supreme Court. Messi has been fined two million euros. His father was given the same jail sentence and a fine of 1.5 million euros.
